Therapy as a space to slow down, and to better understand the patterns that have shaped a life.

My work is person-centered and depth-oriented, grounded in existential therapy and informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I bring warmth, authenticity, and deep respect for client autonomy to the room.

Together, we explore patterns of thought, emotional responses, and the strategies you have learned for navigating your life — with curiosity, and without rush.

01 The Approach

Meaning-making, lived experience, and the internal world.

Therapy at its slowest pace — close to what is actually happening, inside.

Our work begins from the assumption that the patterns you carry made sense, somewhere, at some point. Rather than rushing to change them, we make space to understand what they have been protecting, what they have cost, and what might be possible alongside them.

Existential and ACT-informed therapy share a quiet conviction: that meaning is built, not handed down, and that a workable life is one shaped around what genuinely matters to you. The aim is not symptom-management for its own sake — it is a fuller, more flexible relationship with your own life.

I bring both clinical training and lived experience to this work, especially with neurodivergent clients. The pace is yours; the framework adapts.

02 Areas of Focus

Particular interest in neurodivergent identity, masking, and adaptation.

i.
Autistic and ADHD adults
Especially those whose experiences may have been less recognized or understood — including individuals who have developed masking or adaptive strategies over time.
ii.
Identity and long-standing patterns
Making sense of patterns formed early. Navigating identity development. Building more flexible, sustainable ways of engaging with yourself and others.
iii.
Anxiety and life transitions
Periods of change — work, relationships, geography, identity — held with care, and oriented around what genuinely matters to you.
iv.
Grief and loss
Grief that does not move on a schedule, and that asks for a different kind of listening. Approached with curiosity and without timeline.
